MCADA Capital is a Miami-based private investment and holding company. We evaluate opportunities with an investor's discipline and an engineer's rigor, and we take a long-term view.

We buy and hold income-producing properties in South Florida, from single-family homes to small multifamily and commercial buildings, and co-invest with trusted partners.
MCADA Group companies
We own and grow the MCADA Group of businesses, starting with MCADA Logistics in freight trucking and MCADA Electric, launching soon.

Victor Moncada
Founder & Managing Partner
Victor Moncada is an investor and founder. He is a Limited Partner in OneSixOne Ventures, a Miami-based pre-seed and seed venture firm focused on dual-use technology, cloud, and AI infrastructure, with a portfolio of more than 24 companies. He also founded MCADA Logistics, a freight trucking company, and serves as an advisor to a hypersonic propulsion startup.
As co-founder of RIFT Spatial Technologies, a seed-stage dual-use deep-tech startup, he partnered with the CEO on fundraising strategy, financial planning, and investor diligence, helping the company's pre-seed/seed round reach $5M in hard commitments. He also supported investor meetings and follow-on communications with venture investors and strategic partners, and exited when RIFT was acquired in 2026.
He brings more than a decade of defense and aerospace experience at Northrop Grumman, including the B-21 program, and L3Harris, where he managed program cost and performance as a Control Account Manager and delivered more than $200K in annual savings. His doctoral research, under a $2.39M Air Force Research Laboratory grant, includes building edge AI and machine-learning systems, giving him hands-on depth in the AI infrastructure he evaluates. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering and an MS in Systems Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology, an MBA from the University of Florida, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Florida International University, along with PMP and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certifications.
